🐶 What is the Tito app?

Tito is an app built for dogs, with a little help from their humans.

It’s a place where dogs can stay safe, learn new things, share their stories, and connect with their Pack.

🦴 What can I do in the app?

With a human’s help, dogs can:

• Check if foods are safe to eat

• Learn helpful tips and tricks

• Share their stories (“Tales”)

• Connect with other dogs

• Build and manage their profile

👥 How does my human add another human to help me?

Sometimes dogs need more than one human.

To add a helper:

1. Your human goes to your profile

2. Taps Edit Dog

3. Taps Add User

4. Types in the other human’s username

5. Selects the correct human

6. Taps Add User

That human will be invited and must accept before they can help.

🔐 What happens if a human is removed?

If a human is removed:

• They can no longer see or edit your profile

• They are notified

• They stop being part of your care team in the app

If things change, they can ask to come back, and your human can decide.

🔁 Can a human come back after being removed?

Yes, dogs believe in second chances 🐾

A removed human can request access again.
Your current human will receive the request and can:

• Accept

• Decline

• Or ignore it

🐕 How many humans can help me?

Up to 4 humans can help manage one dog’s profile.

📸 Why didn’t my photo change right away?

Sometimes things take a moment, especially when humans are involved.

If your photo doesn’t update right away:

• Give it a few seconds

• Or have your human reopen the app

📖 What are “Tales”?

Tales are stories told by dogs (typed by humans).

They can be:

• Funny moments

• Big adventures

• Everyday life

Every dog has a story worth sharing.

✏️ How do I share a Tale?

With your human’s help:

1. Go to the Tales section

2. Tap the post button

3. Tell your story (up to 222 characters)

4. Add a photo (optional)

5. Choose who can see it

6. Submit your Tale

All Tales are reviewed before being shared.

👀 Who can see my Tales?

You get to decide:

• Public → any dog (and human) can see it

• Pack-only → only your Pack can see it

🐾 What is my Pack?

Your Pack is your circle of trusted dogs (and their humans).

How it works:

• Your human sends a request

• The other dog accepts

• You’re now part of each other’s Pack

Pack members can see each other’s shared content.

➕ How do I add someone to my Pack?

With your human’s help:

1. Search for another dog’s human

2. Tap the + button

3. Wait for them to accept

4. Once they do, you’re in the same Pack

💎 What is Tito Premium?

Tito Premium unlocks extra features to help dogs live their best lives.

This may include:

• More detailed food safety info

• Expanded learning content

• Additional features as the app grows

🐾 How can a rescue or shelter be listed on Tito?

Rescues and shelters can become part of Tito by sharing a dog’s story 🐶

With a human’s help, a rescue can:

    Submit a rescue story about one of their dogs
    Include the rescue or shelter name and details
    Share part of that dog’s journey

Our team reviews each submission. Once a rescue is approved, they’ll be added to Tito and can begin building their presence.

🐕 What happens after a rescue is approved?

Once approved, a rescue can do much more:

    Create dog profiles for the dogs in their care
    Manage more than 4 dogs under their rescue
    Share updates as dogs move through rescue, foster, adoption, and into their forever homes

This makes Tito a powerful way to follow each dog’s full journey 🐾

🏡 What can a rescue profile include?

A Tito rescue profile helps tell the full story of your work.

It can include:

    Information about your rescue or shelter
    Links to your website or ways to support your mission
    Stories and updates about your dogs

It’s a place for your rescue to connect, share, and grow your impact.

📖 What happens to my rescue story after I submit it?

Every story is reviewed with care.

If your story is selected for publishing:

    It may be featured in the Rescue Stories section
    Your rescue will be notified
    More people will be able to discover and support your work

Every story helps more dogs find their way home ❤️

🔄 Can my human delete my data?

Yes.

Your human can:

• Delete your account

• Remove your information

• Delete or anonymize stories

These options are available in the app.

📍 Why does the app sometimes use location?

Some features use location to help dogs discover things nearby, like places to go or explore.

Tito is a three-legged rescue dog and the inspiration behind the app.

His story is about resilience, curiosity, and living life fully, exactly what this app is all about.
